Vintage Genie
The operations software Michigan Antique Festival actually runs on. Designed here. Used on a live multi-venue show.
What it does
A dealer show is not a landing page. It is payments, spaces, week-of contact, and a gate that has to move on Saturday morning.
Vintage Genie is the stack for that work.
- Record payments and take in new dealers
- Keep vendor records, participations, notes, and compliance
- Assign booths on interactive maps for Midland, Davisburg, and Kalamazoo
- Week-of contact and day-of arrived or no-show
- Front-gate check-in for staff on the grounds
- Mail-back packets and the recruiting list from prior shows
This is not the public Treasure Map. The Treasure Map is for treasure hunters planning a trip. Vintage Genie is the booth map and the back office.
Why it exists
The festival already had twenty years of public marketing from this shop. The operation still needed a tool that matched how the show already works: messy space text, half-tents, extra outdoor, three venues, one weekend at a time.
We designed it for that show. It is running on that show.
What this is not
Not a public website. Not a booth grid for shoppers. Not a rented event app that forgets the field after one season.
